- Ask: get a useful answer by telling AI who it is, who it's for and what shape you want back
- Think: make AI argue with your plan, and cut the jobs you don't need
- Teach: show it your facts and one good example, then save it as a skill
- Delegate: hand it a whole job on your own files, and check two numbers yourself
- Automate: test it on fresh files, then set it to run every Monday (or run it by hand)

A 10-minute timer comes up. You do the same step on your own business in a second tab.

I answer questions as we go, then we climb the next stage.
What to bring
- Claude or ChatGPT open in a second tab (a free account is fine)
- Last week's sales (any export, or a photo of the till report)
- 5 recent reviews copied into a document, and a few notes about the week
- No files? You'll get a sample café pack to follow along with
Who's running it
I'm Deb. I ran eight cafés at once and I've spent 30 years in marketing. I had no time to learn anything new, so I keep this simple enough to actually use.
You'll leave knowing where your helper is, how to run it again and how to check it.

How much is it?
Free.
I can't make it on Tuesday 1 December. Is there a replay?
Yes. The session replays on YouTube every Tuesday in December at 7pm Brisbane time (8, 15, 22 and 29 December). The YOUR TURN breaks tell you when to pause.
Do I need to be good with technology?
No. If you can copy and paste, you can do this.
Will you sell me something?
At the end I'll mention two ways to keep going: Vera's Studio for your social posts, and our done-for-you service. No pressure, and the session is useful on its own.
